Our Corporate Yoga or Pilates Program offers both corporate discounts and on-site yoga classes for companies. We offer on-site classes at our Turramurra or Lindfield studio location. We provide vinyasa, restorative and beginner yoga, dynamic or alignment based pilates classes and our quality yoga and pilates instructors are skilled at providing classes that are appropriate for all levels. We can customize a class to best fit the needs of your company and employees.

On-site yoga or pilates: 

We will bring the benefits of yoga to your workplace at times that are convenient for you
and your staff. You provide a classroom space (eg, conference room, rooftop, park) and
we’ll take care of the rest.

What We Offer?

30 MINUTE “NO SWEAT” SIGNATURE KULA CLASS

No mat? No Yoga clothes? No problem. Enjoy the benefits of yoga without stressing  the other stuff. In 30 minutes or less, get a good stretch and take a short break from your desk. We also teach 30 minute meditation!

CONFERENCE TABLE KULA YOGA

You'll be surprised by the effectiveness of the Conference Table Yoga method! Learn easy de-stressing techniques and yoga moves that you can do at your desk. Feel good, happy, and ready to be more productive.

60 MINUTE YOGA KULA FLOW

A traditional hour long yoga class, using mats. This style of yoga is primarily for exercise and stretching out the body. We teach anything from Hatha to Vinyasa Flow, depending on your preference.

60 MINUTE PILATES DYNAMIC

A total body blast, bringing tone, condition and strength to muscles even the most experienced athletes never knew they had. We move in this class focusing on arms, shoulders, back, chest, legs and gluten. Core work is sprinkled into the routine as well!

30 MINUTE CORE BLAST

A total 30 minute ABdomination! Get that six pack you have always wanted with this amazing abdominal workout set to strengthen, tone and condition your mid section like no other!

20 MIN - 60 MIN MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION TRAINING

Kula Meditation is a practice designed to connect individuals with the powerful mental clarity that exists within every person but is often masked by an overloaded mind. Whether you are sitting cross legged on a mat or at your desk the intention remains unchanged – less stress and more focus served with a healthy dollop of calm. Kula Meditation is a restorative session that leaves employees feeling relaxed and rested. The tools learned in this practice will remain accessible and useful at work and at home. Classes can be delivered at any time and in any place. Just bring along an open attitude and let the benefits begin.

ONE DAY URBAN RETREAT FOR CORPORATIONS

We can run one day urban one day retreats for employees where we give the staff important nutritional information and tips to empower them to make wiser choices about the food they eat and how to maintain their long term health. On this day the employees will be given:
  • Yoga classes that will energise and lighten the body
  • Cutting edge nutrition seminars
  • Food demos, recipes, generous tastings and inspirations
  • Yoga nidra to deeply relax the mind and body
  • Meditation and restoration

Kula Yoga Pilates programs can either be self-funded by the participants, or paid for by their company. Companies may choose to fund the entire program, or offer to subsidise employee contributions.
